Our prices are reasonable for the service we provide. We don't just fix current problems and leave. Our company will do a full diagnostic to find any problems that may cause future, more expensive repairs for the customer. COVID-19 compliant. Service representatives are very courteous and pleasant. Technicians seem well trained and experienced. I find their prices are about average for this area. Their service plans are easy to understand and customer friendly. I guess I've been with them for about one year and have every intention of staying with them.
Austin was very thorough, professional, gracious, answered my questions in terms I understood. I have relied on Aire Serv's services for several years, 7+. Highly recommend them without hesitation. I'm well past 60, have tried a few companies over the past 40+ years, Aire Serv is exceptional.
Was needing to get a $1299 water heater installed through **** ***** **** ********* I was told that they sell a package deal and I could not but the unit from **** ***** and then have them install it. I was quoted over $3600 for the unit including installation. This is over $2300 to install a water heater that should be in the range of $500. As a result of this I will not contact this company, but I will also not be using the **** ***** **** *********either.

We've had Aire Serv come to our home four times over the past couple of years for tuneups and a couple of minor repairs. Each time has been a superior experience in terms of response time, fairness of price and overall excellent customer service. I highly recommend John and his crew. They are knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy.
Would not use them again Charged me $283.00 to put a $20.00 part in that took 5 minutes Way over priced Don't deal we these people. It's a rip off They did fix my unit but to charge that much ,should be a law against this
Aire Serve replaced a twenty year old boiler and updated my hydronic baseboard heating system in September 2019. The new boiler is much more efficient and silent. The staff at Aire Serve were all helpful, in particular, the owner, Eric Coombs. On the two occasions when I dropped into the office looking for information he took the time to listen and answer my questions, even though I could see he had other demands on his time.
