Forced to pay $100 just for them to tell me since the pipe is under the HVAC system.... They won't touch it and to call a plumber. What the hell? Trash out of 10. Johnson Plumbing which also does HVAC came and did the work for free and FIXED the HVAC overflow valve that these guys missed. If I could give 0 stars, I would. 0/5. Johnson Plumbing also agreed that the drain pipe is considered part of the HVAC until it enters the sewer so I'm pretty sure I got scammed. Edit: in response to the owner; see attached pictures.
