Would recommend living here. Clean and well maintained, in line with the local market, and safe for residents, vehicles, and packages/mail The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores within a few miles. Staff is professional and attentive, which is appreciated
Been thinking about relocating to San Jose and I’ve been shopping around for a new place. I can’t remember the leasing agent but I definitely remember the manager Stephanie. She made sure that I was being attended to and made me feel welcomed. I recently relocated to town and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly office staff at Aire. Stephanie took her time to show me various apartment floor plans and explained the nearby shopping and grocery stores. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am excited to rent an apartment in November.
Very disappointing experience with Aire. A week ago, I sent an inquiry that was completely ignored. When I called to follow up, the staff was extremely impatient and dismissive. I inquired about a video tour, but they simply suggested I check out the virtual tour on their website, which has been broken for at least a month.
