They showed up late, didn’t bring the right tools, and seemed disorganized from the start. One technician kept going back and forth to the van because they forgot equipment. While removing a vent, they left drywall dust all over my living room no attempt to clean up or cover anything. After they left, I noticed one of the vents was reattached crooked, and another was barely screwed back in. It took me an hour to clean up after them.
