The 2 men who showed up were speaking to each other in their native language in front of us which I think is highly inappropriate. The tall man had a bad attitude and was yelling at the other man with him. They apparently only do duct cleaning not dryer maintenance. They told me I needed to replace my PVC lint pipe that shoots out of the roof with a metal one and quoted me $1700 to do that.
