Will use them again. Chris found a problem with my dryer vent pipe that a previous company ignored. He not only cleaned the dryer vent pipe, but came back and fixed the broken connection. He takes videos of his work so you can see exactly what has to be done and also the finished work. This is a reliable company with integrity. They look out for you. Thanks to both of you for excellent service.
I had a bad experience with these folks. I was offered a $499 with duct, furnace and dryer vent cleaning when I called for a quote. On the day of the service. Even before they arrive to my home, they said they can't do the job and had to be $800 or more because of this and that excuses. Then they kept hassling me for more money. We had a piece of our dryer vent that had come loose. Chris and Lee are very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done! The venting was substandard, not up to code and needed to be replaced. It looks so much more sturdy. Then, they cleaned our dryer ductwork. I would highly recommended AirDuct Clean! (I don’t have a before photo but you can see how clean and sturdy the new dryer venting is.)
