DONT BUY HERE! RESPONSE: to the owners reply: If I had bought a brand new car driven it 12 times and had things seize, or fall off or have bent axels I absolutely would expect them fixed at no charge. All my trailers and vehicles get spring and late fall inspections so normal maintenance is not unfamiliar to me or my assets. At 30g for a trailer I expect the jack greased, the doors on properly, spare tire to hold air and the axels to be straight....should any of if not be...any normal person would expect it rectified without... read more
DONT BUY HERE! It appears my first review was removed.. see how long this one lasts. Bought a brand new 2022 trails west horse trailer. From day 1 there were issues. Doors not even on properly!! Jack not greased, spare tire doesn't hold air, axels bent...service manager fixed some of it then expected me to pay a $200.00 bill for fixing what should have been done right the first time!! Asked him what he's going to do about my 4 bald tires from the bent axels... was told it's a me problem. Perfect. So I wrote a letter to trail... read more
