I finally found Chanise again after having seen her a while back. I am so glad I found her! She did a 90 minute deep tissue massage for me which was so needed. This past year was tough with my husband battling stage three colon cancer and doing chemotherapy for it. My poor body was tight!! Chanise did amazing to release those tight muscles, in spots I did not even realize were tight! I highly recommend visiting her. I saw Justin for a movement based massage . He has very strong hands and knows exactly where and how to apply pressure . . He was excellent. He found areas in my body that needed massaging , not just the ankle problem I came in for. I’m so grateful for the referral from a friend . Excellent therapist .
My Chiropractor recommended Airdrie Performance massage and Justin. I wish I would have known about NFR massage sooner! The appointment was impeccable, Justin walked me through it and explained every step. It was truly eye opening as to how interconnected everything is. I went into Justin in hopes that he would be able to decrease my discomfort and increase my range of motion because I am a fitness instructor. What I got was clarity into my situation.
