Worst medical centre I’ve been to in my entire life. Came here to get an IV cause I was severely dehydrated, and despite the centre being empty it took them more than an hour to get me in. After finally being admitted, I was given water & told to hang out and wait for the doctor. An hour in, no one came so I requested a blanket and slept. I woke up another hour later, just to be told that they have no idea when the doctor is going to be ready to see me. Waiting in triage to be seen and the janitors have no spacial awareness. I was hit with the broom and told to move my feet and purse so the woman could sweep under my feet. I am sitting here waiting. Wait until people move to do that. I told her she was rude and she just kept going like I wasn't there. I don't appreciate being hit with a broom while waiting with a sick kid for the sake of a little dust on the ground.

Please report malpractices(bad service) to CRNA for nurses and CPSA for physicians. Make sure to include the steps they health care professionals concluded for you differential disposition. I had a really bad experience here. I went to PLC next and I was admitted as an inpatient within a hour considering the online wait time for PLC was 4 hours. These health care professionals at Airdrie urgent care are only good for minor(bumps and bruises) clinic community care. My recommendation is to stir away from this urgent care and g... read more

I went to ER here before my heart stopped (heart attacked or cardiac arrested) on July 31st, 2024. They did the best and saved my life (revived me back again)! Thank you to all the doctors and nurses at the Airdrie Community Health Centre ER unit. God bless you all!
