The Registration nurse at 2:45 am October 3rd had a serious attitude issue when I asked her if 2 next of kin phone number confirmations were necessary when I could not find my phone she stormed off for quite some time when I told her I would absolutely complain about her behaviour. I proceeded to only need 1 next of kin when I registered over the phone. Maybe a NEW night Registration Nurse is needed. The front desk staff （lady with grey hair and glasses)was unbelievably rude and dismissive. She constantly interrupted me, acted annoyed the entire time, refused to listen, and made me feel completely unwelcome. This kind of behavior is intolerable—I will never return and strongly warn others to stay away.
