Normally go here, booked a appointment for a Crown. Took time off work, when arrived dentist said "todays a short appointment for a filling". i questioned it and was told "oh ya not a crown, we didn't booked enough time for that so just a filling". What kind of business has no idea how to book appointments correctly???!?!? Lost a day of work and now need to waste another day since they have no idea how to book correct hours for their own procedures.
The admin staff are amazing dealing with insurance and scheduling. The hygienist and X ray staff were very professional and gentle with sensitive teeth. The Dentist is great, she gives you all the options for treatment with no pressure and honest advice. All the staff have been excellent at Bayside Dental and I will continue going to this dental office for any future dental issues.
I came in just for a regular cleaning. I was recommended some fillings which were not needed as I never had any issues. One of the back teeth were grinded to make more space for the filling. The filling fell out after about 2 months. A refilling was offered, I did it again. Had to go through the painful process again. This filling also lasted about the same time, about 2 months.
