To me, Bayside Dental is the exact representation of what a great Dental Clinic is!! From the people that greeted me at the front desk, to the hygenist, to the dentist and her assistant, everyone was just phenomenal! All were highly professional, kind, friendly and humane!! We have been going here with our daughter for braces. They are extremely inflexible with appointments insisting our child miss school when she has a learning disability and cannot. They book us for appointments and will charge a fee when we repeatedly tell them we cannot make their chosen time (not ours) and threaten us with appointments that are months away if we don’t take the appointment they are offering. My recent appointment was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist. The staff were accommodating and extremely kind. Dr. Obas and his assistant Maria, were very gentle and friendly and they made my day with how welcoming and funny they were. And their front end staff, Sherri was really sweet and kind to me.
