I would highly recommend Bayside dental. The staff from the front desk with John and Sherry welcoming you, to Dr Headley and my hygienist, Joy has made my experience feel great. They are always supportive thru out the process..Sherry goes above and beyond to make sure all inquiries are dealt with in an efficient and professionally manner:):)
I never had this type of poor experience at a dental office before. 1. I Had my wired retainers fixed 4-5 times here because the lady who did it, couldn’t do it right. Couple times it was less than a week and I would eat something (not hard) and the wire would just pop out of place. Using floss to hang the wire when I’ve never had this type of “technique” done before at other orthodontic clinics. I’ve had my original wired retainers for 2 decades and only because it broke I found somewhere close to home to get it fixed so I ... read more
