Took my 4 animals to the amazing dr Jeremy for 15years. Loved him and his frontline staff. Sadly, their admin email staff is awful and THEY decided to close my pets files after I had told them to stop emailing me as I wanted to speak to someone since they knew me my dog forever. I was floored by the disrespect of the lady and very unimpressed that their admin can be so vile to a loyal customer. I have taken my dog here for almost a decade. I would trust no other Vet with his care. They treat him with amazing care and kindness. They always remember his name and his issues. They are always very accommodating with appointments. They even do direct billing with insurance. Dr Jeremy and staff are great.
My dog has bad food allergies to poultry so I have to order a special hills brand food of salmon and potatoe. They did not have the food in stock so ordered it for me. I paid for the food and picked it up 2 days later at the door. My bad I never checked the bag closely as it looked like the food I usually order. My dog got ear infections, eye infections and skin infections. Called to get my dog in and as usual they could not get me in so I went else where for treatment. Our animals used to love coming here, lately the new vet tech Dr. Navetej have no clue how to deal with animals and they absolutely hate coming.
