Staff is wonderful, care is thorough and not rushed.
This was our first time here and it was absolutely amazing!! Our regular vet was closed over the weekend and we needed to get our boy in quickly to make sure his squinty eye wasnt anything serious. They were able to take us just two hours after I called, the visit was quick and all the staff helped make sure Bruce was as comfortable and stress free as he could be. Hes already seemingly feeling better. Thank you so much!!
I called Thrive because my cat wasn’t feeling well. The lady on the phone, Taylor, I believe, was very kind and got me an appointment 1 1/2 hours after I called. Dr. McLellan was very knowledgeable and thorough in her assessment. I was given multiple options to find a diagnosis and in no way felt pressured to participate in what options had been given.
