Darren was on time, courteous and professional. He was thorough, and knowledgeable, explaining things as he was going, to help me better understand our complete HVAC system. We have peace of mind, knowing our system has been serviced properly. Darren made a recommendation for adding surge protection for our furnace. We followed his advice.
