I can't say enough good things about Susan, Kathryn and Katie. You are greeted with warmth and kindness and the compassion and understanding from the counselors is tremendous.
Pulling up these reviews a couple years later after my incident. I am not shocked whatsoever to see the awful reviews. These people simply don't care. It is simply a job only that is for security. It's just truly sad that in the area they work they are not in it to help people. I can name a few but Katie for example the horrible manager and many more. Susan is such a breath of fresh air and brings so much life to the place. Everytime I have spoken with her on the phone she is so sweet, and genuinely does give above and beyond service. She definitely deserves so much recognition! Thank you Susan!❤️🫶🏻
