They go out of their way to help you find the right parts. Customer service is top-notch.
Had my crankshaft for 4 months for overhaul, minimal feedback on time estimate or status during that time period. When I did call, they gave me a time projection, always inaccurate without any explanation or notification of further delay. Things come up with any business, including my own, but it's only civil to inform the customer, at least make some effort to make it up to him. having the employees fill out positive reviews is always a sign lol, this is just two of many, from people who work there lol. The company is owned by an ex-sheriff, the GM is an ex-sheriff, the HR is an ex-sheriff, you get the drift... good luck.

Several years ago we would receive yellow tagged parts that were still full of old oil/grease, then 2 yrs ago these guys lost my crankshaft and flyweights for 6 months after that they still had a bunch of my steal parts that we finally got back and ended up missing some oil pump plunger parts after several calls and a few emails I’m basically being ignored buy I believe his name is Kevin If this is customer service think about how your parts are being treated
