Liked their service, very competitive prices, staff are very responsive and helpful especially Adam. Ordered and visited the store for pickup, store experience is very plesant. Air-conditioning Warehouse Sales Ravenhall will be my first preference when it comes to the split systems.
I ordered a unit of the 14th (happy to show the receipt), and after chasing these guys for the location of the unit as I required it on the 30th for an install, they emailed me on the 24th to let me know they now closed and won't be able to dispatch the unit till next year. They apparently couldn't dispatch the unit in 10 days! Poor operation, and communication!
Excellent service, respectful people and were very patient with all the questions I asked. Highly highly recommend if your in need of anything aircon related!
