I ordered a unit of the 14th (happy to show the receipt), and after chasing these guys for the location of the unit as I required it on the 30th for an install, they emailed me on the 24th to let me know they now closed and won't be able to dispatch the unit till next year. They apparently couldn't dispatch the unit in 10 days! Poor operation, and communication!

Prices were competitive and the service was great
Peter was really helpful over the phone. Came to pickup 2 split systems immediately after the phone call and the process was really quick. He helped me to fit them in my small hatchback car perfectly. I searched for more than 10 companies but they’re the cheapest one. Def recommended 👍🏻
