High quality customer service. I loved that the same tech returned until our very complicated issue was resolved. This way I didn’t have to keep explaining the issue to a new technician. The person was practical, pragmatic, and honest. This level of service allows us as homeowners to make good functional decisions right for our budgets and comfort for the long time.
Technician didn't do a thing to diagnose or troubleshoot my AC issues. After 20min told me every was fine and after calling a real AC repair company was able to get the problem taken care of.
Khabat was very efficient and fast to diagnose the low air flow issue in my Central AC. He conducts in professional manner.
