I got central air heat pump and tankless water heater installed in my home by Airco. I really like the final product. I would recommend working with this team.
Absolutely excellent service. *** provided a thorough walk through of our project and helped us to pivot after getting a final quote. He answered a deluge of questions and has been incredibly responsive. We are already preparing our next project and wouldn't look at anyone other than his team!
I couldn't be happier with the work done by Airco a month ago. They were efficient, respectful of my apartment while they were working, and easy to communicate with over any details I had questions about. The system is working beautifully and I feel lucky to have found them to help me get off of oil heat and to have a heat pump provide heat and air conditioning.
Airco installed a geothermal system for us. They were very responsive throughout the sales process and did great, professional work for us. They arranged for all the steps (from drilling, removal of old equipment, installation, and down to guidance on rebates, etc). Very pleased with my experience.
They were completely right with there recommendation of a ducted solution with a single wall unit in the office. The installation was seamless with our open attic / basement, the team was very nice and trustworthy. Plus, we don't have excess capacity with 9K BTU's in every room (less efficient) AND, most importantly, we don't have the eye sore of the wall units and lines all over the outside of the house. Management was incredibly accessible, always responding quickly to phone calls and emails, never seemed to be impatient answering our many questions, educated us about the various HVAC systems, and talked too, about rebates, following up when the project was completed regarding the necessary applications. 2.
