Let me start by saying prior to calling airco I had another contractor visit that stated that my system needed to be replaced and wasn't repairable $$$. I called airco for a second opinion which I was referred by a co-worker. Ben showed up he was pleasant , on- time and professional. He went thru the system and went over my options on repairing unit and replacing unit. He explained his opinion on the life expectancy if I was to repair. Airco did a wonderful job on my a/c. Recently, we had our a/c serviced by another company called Ray's Heating & Air, located in Schaumburg, IL for a minor leak . The technician came back 3 times to my place to fix the A/C to no avail, in addition, I was charged 3 times for all the services rendered and the best part -- my AC stopped working completely. Awesome service and fantastic Turn around time, I called Ben on 06/21/2011 at 9:00am and he was in at our Curry Leaf Banquets, Naperville within 20 minutes. The problem was fixed in another 20 minutes. Very professional approach, explained clearly about the problem with cooling. Will strongly recommend their services.

I have been dealing with Airco for about 3 years now and what I appreciate the most is the honesty from a service business. I was told 3 years ago by another heating and cooling company that I needed a new unit and luckily I called Airco to get a second opinion and sure enough Ben was honest with me about what I needed to replace and that a whole new unit was not necessary. When my furnace went out, I immediately started calling around to get someone out quickly. I called a competitor but they were booked until late afternoon the following day. With two small children and a temp of 59 degrees in the house, that wasn't really an option. Luckily I called Airco and Ben was there within an hour or so. He quickly found the problem and had my furnace functional in 15 minutes. I found him to be professional, helpful, and most importantly Honest.
