This company is unfortunately a nightmare and I definitely wouldn't go through them for any repair. The technicians are not adept at diagnosing problems and they will come out to your residence over and over and keep adding onto your bill. Whereas another company would come once or twice at most. The front desk lady Haley sounds like an overly chipper 20-year-old with an attitude to match a high school cheerleader. She's not a professional at all. I used on call and they were great. This is our 3rd summer in a newly built home. Airco installed all ducts and equipment in the home for heating and cooling. The 2 AC units that were put in the home would barely maintain 80° and run about 8- 10 hrs on days when the temperature exceeded 100 degrees, and would cycle off and quit in the afternoon on days we needed cooling the most.
