I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so after an interaction today. Andrew made a late trip out to our house after our new unit went out. It was 85 degrees in our house! We had a power surge that caused a part to fail. I was so impressed by Andrew! He was younger and went out of his way to explain some basic AC knowledge with me…something I’m not used to seeing often, even from older individuals.
