We had an excellent experience on our flight. My son (the patient) and myself were comfortable and relaxed from starting point to final destination. The crew thoroughly explained everything and made sure we were well informed. I would highly recommend this service. It was, overall, a very pleasant experience.

This air crew is absolutely amazing! My brother in law had to be transported from Cancun, Mexico to Louisville, KY because he was very badly injured while on vacation.
