Worst service ever! I had them install new furnace and ac unit. They installed the furnace back Nov 21 2023. Found out they didn't install correctly in February and never installed the Ac unit. I don't live at the house but I own it so I didn't know right away. Was in communication with Matt from March until May and he would come up with an excuse as to why he didn't show up after telling me he was gonna show up. Unfortunately Matt the owner of airways heating and air has taken advantage of my grandparents and has been showing up at midnight to work when my grandparents are trying to sleep he has scammed us out of thousands of dollars and left a gas line open so my grandparents were breathing in carbon monoxide. We hired him in August 2023 and fired him in December 2023 he did not finish the job we had to call another Company to come and turn on the water. I had signed up for maintenance service in October of 2022. The service was to consist of 2 system checks per year. That did not happen. Instead my card was charged twice. I’ve ask repeatedly for a refund of the duplicate charge. I keep getting told no problem, they will refund it. I still have not received a refund or a second visit. I have called repeatedly and been lied to repeatedly.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! What I initially thought was decent service has devolved into the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. We paid over 18k to have a new furnace, AC unit, tankless water heater, whole house fan, and some duct work and cleaning. A part of the quote that Matt gave us detailed what we would receive in rebates from the various energy efficiency programs - $2300! Matt and his crew replaced our furnace in February 2023. The installation was not easy and they finished around midnight. Matt told me that they would file all the paperwork for the appropriate City of Fort Collins and Xcel rebates. After 5 months of waiting for rebates, I contacted both the City and Xcel, and discovered the rebate applications had never been filed.
