Had a problem with my heater that was installed 11 months ago by Air Velocity under different ownership. Called Roy, the new owner, in the morning about the problem and he responded to my house the same morning. One of the first things he said to me after he arrived was that my HVAC system was still under warranty and that he would honor that warranty 100 percent. Roy was available same day, which I really appreciate, and was very upfront about our options and pricing. He even showed me how to fix the problem myself.
I had service in March 2024. The service tech seems to have broken my Daikin outdoor case service door and closed it with aluminum tape. He started to leave the property and I noted the service door was ajar and he then partially taped it shut. The service tech disavowed any knowledge of there being an issue. At the time I was severally under the weather after having a knee replacement and couldn't pursue it further.
