One of my AC units stopped working and Bill and Shawn were able to come out quickly to repair it. I think they had it diagnosed from 5 feet away just by the sound it was making. They confirmed it and within a matter of minutes had one part replaced and cold air blowing again. It was over 100 degrees and our AC malfunctioned. Within a couple of hours Bill from AIR VELOCITY showed up, he was very professional, kind and courteous. Most importantly he was honest. He evaluated the issue and repaired it immediately. It was a pleasure to deal with a true professional. I highly recommend AIR VELOCITY for any HVAC needs. Thank you again Bill.
My A/C wasn’t working as efficiently as it used to and eventually went out. Bill came out and immediately identified the issue & gave me potential options along with his suggestions. He took time to explain what everything meant and the impact of my choice for each option in the future.
