Bill and Shawn were very knowledgeable, transparent, and kind throughout this process. I had a heat pump, air handler, and thermostat installed, and they were able to give me a set of quotes within my budget. They guided me through the options and were able to get me scheduled for installation the same week. The actual installation took one day, and they were very prompt, professional, and respectful of my home. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I will happily pass that recommendation on to others.
Just had a new HVAC system installed by AirVelocity and I was very pleased with information shared with me and options presented, but not pushed. Bill handled my quote request and questions in a timely manner. Bill and Shawn came out and installed the HVAC system and cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves! We are so pleased with the work done by Bill and Shawn who replaced our existing rusty, old unit as well as replaced all the duct work ( which was original).
