Trustworthy, honest, transparent, and knowledgeable!! Bill came out and trouble shot my system, did the repair, and has been quick to respond and answer any questions I had. We just moved to Clayton and knew we needed to get our HVAC system serviced/replaced. Bill Garcher of Air Velocity was recommended to us. Bill showed up when he said he would to assess the system. It needed to be replaced. That night he had provided me three estimates (good/better/best) for a replacement. He followed up the next day to make sure I saw them. Our AC stopped working right before Memorial Day weekend.Bill and Sean came out, diagnosed it, got it working temporarily through the weekend until our new one could be delivered and had it installed ASAP. Their professionalism and kindness was greatly appreciated during this stressful time and we will continue to use them for years to come.We will always recommend Air Velocity to family and friends with HVAC problems.
