My refrigerator broke down, so I called this man for repairs. He told me that their service rate is $20 per hour. When he came to my house, he said the refrigerator starter was broken and replaced it, then charged me $450. Later, I saw that the price of the starter on Amazon was $25. A week later, the refrigerator broke down again, and he has not answered my calls or messages since.
Ali from Airtrust has done lots of HVAC work for me over the years. Great work every time. Fair price. Has gone above and beyond many times to get things working promptly for us. He's our go to HVAC person.

We were notified of a gas leak and our gas was turned off. Ali not only repaired the gas line, connectors, and valves, he restarted our boiler and furnace, tested, and completed the paperwork to remove the tag on our heating system. Ali was professional, prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He completed the work in one visit, cleaned up after himself, and his pricing was very reasonable. All told, I will be keeping them as a preferred contact should I have any additional need, or to refer them to family and friends.
Ali gave exceptional service in every way; he responded in a Sunday when my AC went down. He valiantly tried to repair my AC and within 2 days replaced my AC with an excellent unit. He was so conscientious, and I would most highly recommend him to anyone needing heating or cooling. He has also replaced my furnace (again exceptionally) and I have referred him to friends who agree)
