This company truly goes above and beyond. I awoke to an 80 degree house and my outside unit was making noises. I shut it off and called them. I was up and running by 1:15. So professional and courteous, but most of all Honest.. I cannot give them enough stars. If you want honesty and reliability call them.
I cannot say enough about the excellent customer care I received. Max took time out of his evening to discuss with me the concerns I had and go over the issues with my AC. We set up a time the next morning for his technician to come out. Carlos was on time, very polite, professional, and ready to get to work. He took the time to answer my questions and even gave me some pointers. Thank you so very much to the entire Air to the Max team for getting me back on track and able to relax knowing I received the best care.
Carlos was very clear about his procedure. He helped me understand every step of the way.
Above and beyond service!! Never felt pressured, explained everything with such care and compassion we will never use anyone else!!! These guys are the real deal!!!
