From 2016 to 2023, I used this company and all was professional and reasonably priced. However, in April I called for repairs. He came out, put a stop gap in place, and quoted me $1900 to rebuild the air handler platform they previously quoted $400 to do. I paid a $1000 deposit & didn't hear back for over a month. He finally called saying he had been in the hospital & wanting to do it the next day. I explained I was working that day, but agreed when he insisted saying he would be there before I went to work. I would give zero star if I could. They have installed 2 mini splits for us. Once broke down and we are finding that the serial number does note exit. They sold us who knows what. We keep calling them. They don't answer their phone. Have hired a law firm and they are looking into this fraud.
