Driving from Puyallup to Bonney Lake on 1/9 around 2:15 pm, the employee who was driving the big red van almost ran myself and several other people off the road. Completely reckless driving and from the sounds of it, this isn’t the first complaint. No signaling, swerving out of lane, and of course, on his phone with head down. Their vehicle operator needs to be trained properly on how to drive safely. Almost got me into crash early morning. Very unprofessional driving. Might kill someone with this kind of driving.
I just would like to add that sometimes it takes a couple trips to locate and fix a problem. You step up to an old unit that has different refrigerants written all over it, or maybe one that's been phased out. It's tripped on low oil safety. Is is due to a low charge?, is the switch bad? Is it low on oil? The refrigerants has been phased out, you can't just top-off the charge, and this is a 175lb.+ system. I'm not going to pull all that refrigerant and retrofit it with 175 lbs. of another refrigerant, at a charge to the cust... read more
