On August 16th my husband spoke to technician Jesus about getting air conditioning. Jesus said no problem we just need to run your credit. We scheduled with Jesus to come out on the 17th 9 am to go over cash or in-house financing by 9 30 haven't heard from him and my husband tried to get a hold of him several times and then received a text saying can't talk right now and never showed up. HORRIBLE SERIVCE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had a brand new AC unit installed about one year ago. I recently had some issues with my AC unit not working. I called the office line and they had a technician come out to inspect the unit. His determination was that I needed more freon. Two days later, my AC is not working again. My house would not cool down, and would climb to about 85 degrees at night. I call again, they send the same tech out and guess what he does? Adds more freon.
