If I could give this company a 1 star rating I would. I usually don't do reviews but this one is important. My home warranty (AHS) sent this company out to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. I wasn't home but explained to him what was going on. When the faucet is running normal there isn't a leak. When the dishwasher or sink is filled up and then drains, this is when the leak occurs. Air Squad was sent to our home to repair an air conditioner. First they would not even make the appointment without paying the deductible. After making payment I had to still wait 3 more day for them to come over. We live in Las Vegas current weather is 110 degrees, have a 83 year old handicap senior returning from the hospital and we informed the technician and Choice it was urgent to get this taken care of. I'm sorry you're going through this, but your warranty company has specific guidelines that we must follow, and on top of that, due to a busy season, they decided to turn off their phones to us and perform everything online. When the website is not working properly, htere's absolutely no way to contact them to expedite the claim. I have AHS insurance. The insurance company gave me Air Squad to help with my water heater that had busted. They told me on a Thursday they could come and look at the heater on Friday. I told them the heater was leaking water into the pan, so far. They did not offer to come out Thursday to at least shut the water off and hook up the hose to the water heater so it could drain out of the water heater. Water heaters are essential can't wait. Thank you for your promptness. AHS sent Air Squad to my North Las Vegas house fix my AC unit. It's a second time we are using this company. Marco with no hesitation went right to work, fixed the problem, checked out the unit and put it back together. I signed the paperwork, gave me the copy and left. Very polite and knowledgeable, I wish all service companies were as honest and good.
This scam company was sent by AHS warranty to replace our water heater. After tech's inspection and two days of no shower in hut Las Vegas summer they called us and told us we have to pay over $800.00 for repair that we find out don't need it. After all we refused to pay, cancelled the service. Got new water heater from Home Depot and called honest local plumbing company to lnstall. came out to replace a stupid shower valve , he LOOKED at it never tried to replace it and because it was a warranty home thing they figured they could screw with me . without touching anything he said " doesnt look like normal wear and tear " so OBVIOUSLY letting me know hes going to screw me over. tells ORHW my whole wall needs to be torn open to replace pipes and valve .
