Kevin, Kristi and the entire installation team did exactly what they said they’d do, right on time and at a great price. I had 4 split systems removed and 4 new splits installed with four teams working quickly and without making a huge mess, even moving 3 of the inside units to new locations. Kevin’s professional team that he’s surrounded himself with are smart, courteous and extremely efficient, even moving my shelving and stuff back to the original place after they finished. Completely unacceptable. Blocking public parking on a tight, busy street is illegal and selfish—especially when residents rely on those spaces. Responding with “Yeah, I blocked it, so what?” is beyond unprofessional. You don’t own the street, and this arrogant behavior shows zero respect for the community.

We have been using Air Source for our home AC needs for many years. They are the easiest and most professional team around. Kristi is efficient and responsive when getting quotes, scheduling repairs and maintenance, and responding to emails. We just finished installing units in our guest room and office. The crew was on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. They also serviced the other units in the home.
