Installers were on time and very professional. Cleaned up area after installation. Explained the difference between my old model and new one clearly. Will use them again if I ever need a new AC.
Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. Great communication with office. Very professional and friendly with all questions answered. Installation team professional and courteous. Kevin great as far as answering questions, offering suggestions and directing his team so everything goes according to job description. Don’t normally leave reviews but for me if I have a a/c problem I will definitely have Air Source do the job. Thanks everyone for a job well done.
Air Source has provided our Mitsubishi AC units and maintenance service for 20 years, and we will keep using and recommending them. Most recently, they replaced our living room split unit with a new 30,600 BTU model that's working great. While here, they checked out our two other split units and found them in good shape. Kristi in the office and Kevin and the field crew are always a pleasure to work with.
Kevin and Kristi made the experience of getting AC stress free. Installation by the staff neat and clean. This year they came to do a thorough clean of inside units. Kristi handles the rebates. So glad I used them.
For over a decade, Air Source has consistently provided our extended family with the highest level of expertise in planning, installing and servicing the eight Mitsubishi A/C units that continue to provide super comfort to our two-unit townhouse. When 28K BTU unit in our living room recently stopped cooling, Kevin needed only thirty minutes to trace the problem to a faulty power board.
