I was quoted $100/hr rate for service call, then after services were performed and they discovered I hadn't purchased the equipment from them, my invoice was $300 for a 30 min visit. When I called to inquire about the discrepancy, Victor told me the tech that I spoke to was misinformed and that this is what happens when you order from someone else that doesn't have the overhead/expenses that he has.
