They sold what was to be scrapped and caused me a huge proble.

I would not recommend this vendor. Supplier sold us an as removed unit advertised as overhauled. Falsely stating the item is in OH Overhauled Condition. We send the product to Honeywell to confirm after it was noticed the item was not as represented. If your dealing with Nick beware.
