The lady that answered the phone didn't seem like she knew what she was doing I Got a quote for almost $2800 I called another company for a second opinion $1000 that's far cry from $2800
Dakota was great. He was friendly and professional.
The technician was very respectful, and explained his process for tuning up our air conditioning. He explained why certain parts needed replacing and attention and why it was so. This was no small feat as our water Heater is 16 years old! He also made sure that I knew my options, and how to reach him once our decision is made.
Logan was awesome! Came to my house and got my heat going before the brutal cold this weekend, even made a new friend with my 3 year old son. Knuckle bumps as he left lol 😂. 10/10 recommendation. if only they were all that amazing!
