Two years ago we hired another contractor to remove mold from our attic. We hired Air Scrubbers recently when the mold resurfaced. Joe was more responsive, much easier to work with, more professional, faster, and apparently much more knowledgeable . . . and he charged us about one-third of what the other company did! His responsiveness and expertise allowed us to close on the sale of that home without delay. I will (and already have!) recommended Air Scrubbers to family and friends.
they said i shouldn't be in house when work performed. They did not put a plastic runner in hall when going into attic (used booties, and put all equipment on floor) they forgot their lighting. they needed hot water and i was constantly filling buckets for them. The black mold is still there. Joe said the mold is gone, but the black is just stain that cannot be removed. Not a bad profit for 2 men 4 hours and a solution that doesn't remove mold at $2,000.00

The customer,a plumber.thought it a good idea to put 3 feet of insulation in the attic making it difficult.the wood staining in the wood will not come out,we remediated.using protocol approved by the EPA.The crew left our lighting at another job site,I told the customer I would go get it,he insisted I use his, I took 100.00 off his bill for that.I know he has no idea how much product cost but half his quote was for that.
Very responsive, professional and thorough. Joe was there to test, give me an estimate, supervise the work, and check back two days later, all within a week of my initial call. He gave me advice about attic ventilation to ensure that the problem doesn't recur. Excellent service for the amount that I paid.
Did an inspection the day I called. Sent the quote less than an hour after he left, and was able to come and remove the mold the next day. The price was exactly what we expected and the quality of the work was great.
I hope all is good for me. Things still look the same in my crawl space. I guess time will tell if I have to have a mold test.
