Before the company started the work in our home they said they had to get it approved by our insurance company. A few days later they said it was approved and started tearing apart our basement. After they finished all the work he said oh by the way we did not get approval from the insurance company now you have to pay us. After doing 10,000.00 dollars in work the customer was turned down by their insurance company. No one in our company told them it was approved. They refused to pay us. AIRSCRUBBERS HAS OVER 500 reviews, these people are very dishonest.
Communication was excellent, prompt in arrival, conscientious in doing the job of mold removal, pleased with the result, and would hire again.

Very disappointing. I had Joe and Juan come to my house for an estimate to remove mold from my attic. I thought everything went well. They both seemed very nice and understood what I needed because I was selling my house, I was told that they could come the next day which was great. I was told 3 guys would be at my house at 8:00 A.M. and it would take 4hrs.
