Here’s the full review with that edit included: Air Scapes Group LLC did an excellent job servicing our air conditioner and heating unit. Our central heat went out in the middle of winter and we were freezing. They were able to schedule us quickly, arrived on time, and fixed the issue promptly. The technician answered all of our questions and offered helpful, practical recommendations. Prices were reasonable and paying was convenient. They’re now our go-to company. Highly recommend!
Had the pleasure with dealing with Bobby. Gave a quote over the phone with no gimmicks. Performed the work as requested with no issues, no push into other sales or services. Bobby actually went beyond with diagnosing another issue that arose while doing tests. This company is great, reasonable and honest. I will not look any further and Bobby is now my go to guy!
Bobby was kind, helpful, honest, hardworking, and had quality workmanship. He was always in contact with me regarding parts delays (not his fault, warranty company sent wrong ones a couple times), what the issues were, steps to take, etc. He advocated for us when the wrong parts were sent and came the day they arrived to fix the issue. He went above and beyond for us. We now have heat and AC again!!!
You guys did a great job! they were on time, replaced entire attic unit in one day and left home as clean as they found it! We highly recommend.
