Not sure why my review was deleted as this is a genuine review from a past customer so I'll post again. Had a ducted reverse cycle system installed 4 years ago. Several zone motors all failing and this company claims they only cover zone motors for a period of 2 years. No mention of this before or during installation. Found out through manufacturer of the zone motors they carry a 5 year warranty. SO WHY ARE YOU CHARGING FOR PARTS AND LABOR? Company doesn't even respond to requests to fix.
