So stunned, I decided to write to BBB about the behavior of 2 techs of Air-Right Energy Design Inc. of Manassas, Virginia. It is such that I will not have them in my home again. Three Air-Right techs have come to my home. Although skilled with HVAC knowledge, Tech 1 and Tech 3 exhibited unprofessional behaviors.
