Our AC went out on a Saturday night and by Sunday morning they were there to diagnose the problem. Mike and the young man helping him were so courteous, and nice They figured out the issue and took care of it. Backstory: My Air went out again 2 weeks after the people who installed it, "fixed it". Luckily the installers whole crew was on Vacation for a week so I was forced to find someone else, and I called Air Rescue. Mike came out after hours, found the problem quickly and fixed it at a reasonable price. He was friendly and explained things. I'd highly recommend him!
