This guy answers (my) questions! Showed up 10 mins early. Truly helped me out. Did more than he quoted.. and he was referred by a friend .. whose family I know and has worked for most of them!! If anything wasn’t completely correct I would not say these things.. we did a mini split
Run as fast as you can!! We had a work order in July. He said it was 1 issue, but never actually went into the attic to look. His “fix” only lasted a few days. He finally came back out in August to look at it again. I followed him and made sure he went into the attic, where the actual problem was. We then had to wait another month to get it fixed!!! We had no air for 2 months!!!!
Darryl came to my home July 18th to repair my AC. He did absolutely nothing!! The house never cooled off. He told me that the refrigerate pressures were fine. I then asked him did I need freon, he stated I did not. I asked Darryl what size unit did I have he sated a 3 ton. I asked did we need to go up to a 5 ton he said that wouldn't help. After Darryl left my home the house never cooled off. I then sent out a text message to the office along with a picture of my thermostat showing the reading. Spoke with Kim on 6/21/22 to schedule service technician on 6/23/22 between 0800 and 1200hrs. Confirmed appointment with Kim and service needed. 6/23 came and went and nobody showed. Contacted Kim back and she lied, stating my warranty company cancelled the service ticket. Long story short, on 6/21 immediately after speaking with me and confirming the appt, Kim cancelled the work order.
