Darrell came out to our home and was frustrated with my husband because we didn’t turn the air off. My husband said he didn’t k is to do that to which Darrel treated him like a liar and called his dispatch who told Darrel that they had forgot to send us the memo. Then after my husband said he didn’t know much about air units Darrell tried to tell us we needed a $1500 repair to which I said no. This guy answers (my) questions! Showed up 10 mins early. Truly helped me out. Did more than he quoted.. and he was referred by a friend .. whose family I know and has worked for most of them!! If anything wasn’t completely correct I would not say these things.. we did a mini split
