Excellent. Technician very friendly, courteous and took the time to explain the problem and the solution that was needed. The company was very prompt in coming out the same day they were called especially on any icy day when nearly all business were closed.

Installation and product were good. But they misrepresented the financing terms and their product is marked up more than $1,000 over the competitor who offers the same product. Very dissatisfied with that. They will be hearing from the BBB very soon.
