Showed up within the hour, AC is up and running. Great price too. Two thumbs up.
Not a good experience. I had an appointment for Tuesday. A tech was sent out, just a bit late, maybe a half hour, the tech was here for about two minutes. The tech informed me he wasn't familiar with my unit and would need to send someone else out that Thursday at 2PM. I waited, waited and waited. No one showed up on Thursday. I called on Friday and was told a tech would be out the following Tuesday between 10AM and 2PM. The techs showed up at 4:30PM. The issue was not resolved. I was told my coils needed cleaned.
