Spending $1,700 on a unit that was just over 3 years old and failed was unacceptable. What I have been led to believe is that it is an American Standard manufacturing issue. I am currently working to establish a contact at American Standard to understand if there is any type of refund that I can obtain.
Been using Air Quest for 20yrs. Install, Maintenance and Repairs on my home. They take good care of customers. Highly recommended!
We returned from vacation this summer only to find our AC was no longer able to cool our home. On top of it all, it was the weekend. We emailed Air Quest that Sunday asking for an appointment on Monday or as soon as possible. Travis was able to make it out Monday afternoon and identified the issue, a leak in our coil, ugh! Came home after a 8 week trip. And no ac. Called them up they sent a tec out. Blower motor was bad they found one and are house will be y cool in a few hr. Thank you for your service.
