Negative stars by me as well. Boiler broke down. Called these guys. They told me it was dead and needed to be replaced at a cost of $18,000. Called another place to get a replacement bid. Instead, they fixed the boiler for $295. I have emailed the company 4 times and only got a reply once saying that they would reply to my concerns the next day. If they had bothered to talk to me, I would probably not be making this review. I'm still not sure of the are supremely incompetent or crooks. Either way - stay away.
Too bad there are no negative stars as this would qualify for a perfect rating for you. You installed a pressure reducing valve and told me personally that the system had been bled and everything was working. Additionally, your invoice states "...then bled system to get air out then fired up boiler and check for leaks. Boiler is running and all is working at this time". However, the boiler WAS NEVER BLED because the thermostats were NEVER TURNED ON while you were here. You NEVER requested that I turn them on. As a professio... read more
