Our unit went out on 11/8/2024. I contacted Keith on 11/9. He came out on 11/11 and gave us a quote, which was approximately $4,000 less than his competitor and the unit was larger. In the interim, he provided portable air units until the new AC unit was installed. The new unit arrived on 11/15. Although Keith had other jobs, he came out to assist and oversee the install.
