They came out and did a good job with my air conditioning unit and made the repairs
A service technician was dispatched to my home to diagnosis my HVAC unit. A proper diagnosis was not rendered because the service representative/dispatcher did not convey the to the technician the information given in reference the unit during our call. Because of the lack of communication, the service technician was not properly prepared. He did not have the correct refrigerant for the unit in order to make a full and complete troubleshoot, therefore, I paid for a service dispatch for nothing.
