My home warrenty sent these clowns to repair my central air. The tech, Joseph, made claims it broke down because evaporator coil 100% clogged due to a missing filter (which was just removed to replace before breakdown). Not only did that void my warrenty, which I've been paying for 17 years, he claimed it would cost $885 to clean coil and replace circuit board, in addition to the $75 Copay. Air Pro Masters tried to rip me off. They were sent by the home warranty company to repair my hot water heater. Then wanted $770 over what the home warranty would pay (the warranty is supposed to pay the entire cost).

Receptionist was rude and hung up on me, not empathetic at all when I told her it was 2 days from my due date and too hot in the house. Techs were supposed to arrive between 4-7pm- we never got a call and they never showed up. Our insurance company can't get a hold of them, but told us they should be coming today. We still haven't heard from them and we are on emergency status. I would hate to find out how long it takes when it isn't an emergency.
worst customer service. receptionist needs an attitude adjustment too. our home warranty providers cant even get a hold of them now. its been over 48 hrs in 100 degree weather.
