This company’s name was given to me by ******** **** ****** so I thought they would be good. They are not. The first time we at least got Freeon and had our air conditioner work for about six weeks. When it happened again we got a different technician who clearly didn’t want to do the job. He was here about five-10 minutes. St first he said we had too much Freeon, then he said we were empty. Air Pro Master fit me in when they had a full schedule on one of the hottest days so far this summer. Andrew was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated their quick response so much.
I am giving 5 stars because of 1 person that really came here and fixed my AC, Tim the general mamger is good people that knows this business. Not only did he bend over backwards to fix our unit, he went on the roof himself for an hour in the Vegas heat. That's someone that cares about the customer. Not only did he fix the unit, he called the next day to make sure we were good. No one enjoys breakdowns, but Tim made us a priority and I am very grateful. It was a pleasure to deal with an expert. Extremely unprofessional customer service representatives who are completely unaware of resolutions pertaining to the services they provide. They will scream, holler, and become extremely emotional. Horrendous and unprofessional company.

Andrew **** is amazing! He went above and beyond to check our AC units and ensure they're working properly. Highly recommend .
RecommendedMario the tech was very knowledgeable and efficient in his evaluation of my problem. Took care of the problem and came back to install the new part. Air Pro Master did well with getting the new part and getting it to me. The only drawback would be the lack of communication between me and the company. They need to work on their communication with the customer a bit more. Hopefully, we will be able to enjoy the furnace a bit more now.
