I've been a HVAC service tech for 30+ yrs and recently visited a friend who has had this company out a couple times in last 7 months . Each visit, the billing invoices were super vague and didn't describe what tech did but both bills were over $700. Both invoices also stated should replace unit. The unit isn't old and in good shape, the tech never fixed problem ,now homeowner is out 1600 and unit didn't run once tech left. Absolutely the worst customer service interaction I've ever dealt with. They keep giving you the run around and won't call you back. I've had a parts order in since November and I keep calling to contact someone and all I get is will call you back. I bought the unit for $10,000 in 2022 and the motor already is squealing on me. Also bought their service package 3 times at which their supposed to come out and clean 2 times each visit which would be 6 in total. $270 for 2 visits which they don't clean obviously cause the motor ... read more
